Get Familiar with AlterG®

1. The AlterG® Anti-Gravity Treadmill®
2. Put on the AlterG® athletic shorts according to pant size
3. Adjust to a comfortable snugness
4. With assistance, step into the air chamber

5. Pull air chamber up towards your hips and lock to hip height
6. Zip your athletic shorts into the air chamber
7. Turn on, stand still with arms crossed chest, and calibrate
8. Ta-Da! You’re all set to begin your PAINLESS workout!
