Macrocycle and Yearly Plan

$50 per month for the first 5 runners
    • This plan includes:
      This is an ongoing program for a specific season of cross country or track or while in preparation for specific race. We begin with an initial interview and assessment where we identify and create a yearly plan with a macrocycle or 2 depending on the goals. Each competitive season in cross country or track requires one macrocycle each and the training program is developed and progressed to make sure the athlete is at the highest level of fitness and race preparation for the post season competitions. Coach Loera will provide a customize running plan each week. The yearly plan can include 2 macrocycles that culminate at the peak of your important race season (cross country and track or 2 major running events).
      This includes on ongoing review of your training with regular communication and assessment about your progress and concerns regarding your goals.
    • For Ages: 12+ years old, males and females
    • Program Cap: 10 runners
    • Cost Details:
      The first 5 runners that sign up will receive a discount of $50 a month till November 30, 2018 (starting December 1, 2018, the cost goes to the regular cost of $100/month).
      For all others (after the first 5 spots are filled), the plan cost is $100 per month.

Coach Carl Loera, PT, DPT, a Physical Therapist with a background in injury prevention and rehabilitation of runners and athletes, is an avid long time runner, athlete and running coach who holds certifications with the Road Runners Club of America (RRCA) and the USA Track and Field Association (USATF).

USATF and RRCA coach Loera has developed custom running training programs that focus on endurance, strength, speed, flexibility, and coordination to help you run your best.

With his knowledge in injury prevention and rehabilitation, combined with his own personal background in running and coaching, coach Loera understands the importance of sound training principles that utilizes sport sciences and runners experience to develop the best training program for you. Coach Loera will set up the right running program for you, no matter the level or experience you are currently at. He understands it is a building program, that each week and training session will get you one step closer to your goals.

Coach Loera has recently completed the USATF level 2 certification as an Endurance Coach with the United States Track and Field Association (USATF). This training encompassed events ranging from the 800 meter run, 1600 meters, 3200 meters, 5000, 10,000 meters and marathon training regimens. Coach Loera is ready to assist you in reaching your goals as a runner whether you want to run injury free for heath or if you are interested in setting a PR in one of the above events. He is ready to assist you with the latest running training and planning.
